如今对于石化产业的发展,化工设备越来越趋于大型化,从而使内燃法的现场整体热处理应用更加常态。通过实例对现场内燃法热处理过程中设备的变形进行了探索。结果表明,实际热处理过程中,设备在径向和轴向的变形量基本符合仿真实验所得到的理论数据,同时设备冷却之后所测得设备变形量符合标准要求。大型压力容器现场内燃法整体热处理方法是科学合理的,必将在今后的石化装备制造中得到更好的发展与应用。
Now for the development of petrochemical industry, chemical equipment is increasingly becoming larger, so that the overall internal combustion heat treatment applications more normal. The deformation of the equipment in the process of internal combustion heat treatment was explored through examples. The results show that during the actual heat treatment, the deformation of the equipment in radial and axial directions is basically in line with the theoretical data obtained from the simulation experiments. At the same time, the deformation of the equipment measured after the equipment is cooled conforms to the standard requirements. Large-scale pressure vessel on-site combustion method of the overall heat treatment method is scientific and rational, will be in the future petrochemical equipment manufacturing to get better development and application.
