1989年在经济治理整顿中,我国仪表产品市场疲软,许多仪器仪表企业开工不足,而广东仪表厂却生产任务饱满,有时还要加班加点才能完成,生产一片热气腾腾.广东仪表厂这种产销两旺的生产局面,来之于成功的技术改造.该厂从84年承包以来投入的技术改造资金达1200万元,相当于该厂的五年的利润,企业的固定资产由84年的600多万元猛增加到1350万元,四年来增长了1.06倍.
