As one of the important importinβ family members of importinβ, importinβ1 is a relatively conserved nuclear transporter protein widely distributed in eukaryotic cells. Many studies have shown that importinβ1 can directly recognize and bind viral proteins containing different types of nuclear localization signals and transport them into the nucleus. This process plays an important role in the entire replication and pathogenicity of the virus. This review summarizes the structural features of importinβ1, the mechanism of the import and export of viral proteins into nuclei, the role of importinβ1 in virus replication and the viral replication involved in the importinβ1 blockade, in order to further study the molecular localization of viral protein nuclei Mechanism and function as well as anti-virus treatment.
