用中频感应炉采用熔铸的方法制备无铅易切削镁钙黄铜铸锭。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等方法分析无铅镁钙黄铜的微观组织结构,测定了合金的布氏硬度和切削性能。结果表明,无铅镁钙黄铜铸态组织主要由α相、β相和Cu2Mg相组成,且Cu2Mg相数量随着镁含量的增加而增多。随着镁含量的增加,黄铜的布氏硬度提高,当黄铜中镁含量超过1.5%后,硬度值增加不明显;镁元素可以显著改善黄铜的切削性能。
Induction furnace with a medium frequency induction melting furnace method for the preparation of lead-free free-cutting magnesium-calcium brass ingot. The microstructure of the lead-free magnesium-calcium-brass was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The Brinell hardness and cutting performance of the alloy were measured. The results show that the as - cast Mg - Ca - Brass composites consist mainly of α phase, β phase and Cu2Mg phase, and the amount of Cu2Mg phase increases with the increase of magnesium content. With the increase of magnesium content, the Brinell hardness of the brass increases. When the content of magnesium in the brass exceeds 1.5%, the hardness value does not increase obviously; and the magnesium element can significantly improve the cutting performance of the brass.
