2001年8月～2004年,我科采用水囊扩张后金属内支架置入治疗食管良恶性狭窄48例,疗效满意,现报告如下:资料与方法1.一般资料:本组48例,男30例,女18例。年龄25～78岁,平均63岁。经X线钡餐检查,狭窄位于上段9例,中段29例,下段10例。良性狭窄19例,恶性狭窄27例。狭窄口径小于0.3cm1
