为了实现含突出煤层的煤层群安全高效回采,依据淮南潘三矿1792(1)保护层工作面的地质条件及开采参数,对保护层工作面开采过程中围岩的变化规律进行了数值分析及现场相关参数测试。研究结果表明:随保护层工作面的推进,围岩卸压几何特征由“V”字型转变为“W”型,被保护煤层保护范围内某点膨胀量变化的几何特征为“S”型;覆岩变化的时空规律决定了高位钻孔、地面钻井等抽采参数经历活跃期、丰富期、衰退期3个阶段;数值分析结果和现场抽采参数分析结果基本吻合。
In order to realize the safe and efficient recovery of the coal seams with outburst coal seams, the change of surrounding rock in mining process of the caving face was numerically analyzed according to the geological conditions and mining parameters of 1792 (1) protective seam in Pansan Mine, Huainan. Field related parameters testing. The results show that the geometrical characteristics of the pressure relief of the surrounding rock change from “V” to “W” with the advancement of the working face. The geometric characteristics of the expansion of a certain point in the protected coal seam are “S ” type. The temporal and spatial rule of overburden change determines that the drilling parameters such as high-level drilling and surface drilling experience three phases: active phase, rich phase and declining phase. The results of numerical analysis are in good agreement with the analysis results of on-site extraction parameters .
