在含锰贫铁矿含碳球团直接还原的岩相结构和物相组成研究的基础上,对富集含锰贫铁矿中的铁与锰的磁选方式进行了研究.结果认为,干式磁选对富集矿中铁的效果比较好,磁性产物中铁的品位最高可以达到82%,同时具有很高的金属化率,且干式磁选简单易行.高磁场强度的湿式磁选对富集矿中锰的效果比较好,可以达到铁锰矿的要求.
Based on the study of the lithofacies structure and the phase composition of direct reduction of carbon-bearing pellets containing manganese-bearing lean iron, the magnetic separation of iron and manganese in manganese-rich lean iron ore was studied. The results show that dry magnetic separation is better for the enrichment of iron in the ore. The highest grade of iron in the magnetic product can reach 82%, and the metallization rate is high at the same time, and the dry magnetic separation is simple and easy. High magnetic field strength of the wet magnetic enrichment of manganese ore is better, can meet the requirements of bismuth.
