当前旅游业在我们国家发展愈发迅速,县域旅游也引起更多人的关注。经济新常态下,扶持旅游业在各地的发展,进而带动整个经济的改善。以安徽省东至县为例,对其近年旅游业发展现状进行分析的基础上,抓住其融资面临的问题,提出相应的创新融资模式。如可以使用发行证券和出售资产相结合的资产证券化来筹集资金,也可设计旅游开发合约,灵活地满足投资者需求,或者我们可以将一些实施BOT模式的景区向PPP模式转换。
The current development of tourism in our country more rapidly, county tourism has also attracted more people’s attention. Under the new economic normal, we will support the development of tourism in various places and further promote the improvement of the economy as a whole. Taking Dongzhi County in Anhui Province as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of tourism development in recent years, seizes the problems faced by its financing and puts forward corresponding innovative financing modes. If you can use the issuance of securities and the sale of assets combined with asset securitization to raise funds, tourism development contracts can also be designed to meet the needs of investors flexibly, or we can put some of the implementation of the BOT model landscape to PPP mode conversion.
