锚喷技术已在世界各国地下工程中广泛应用,但是在喷射砼作业中存在劳动强度大,粉尘污染严重,喷射砼回弹量大,质量难以控制等弊病,故阻碍着锚喷技术的提高和进一步发展。多年来,日本、瑞典、美国、瑞士,芬兰等一些锚喷技术发展较先进的国家相继研制了砼喷射联合机组,以解决机具的机械化和自动化问题,其中研究的技术难点有以下五个方面:1.速凝剂的自动添加和计量;2.湿喷机的风压控制;3.用机械手代替人工喷射;4.机械手自动调整喷头与喷射作业面的角度与距离;5.按设计要求自动测定和控制喷射砼的厚度。南京军区工程兵部于1986年研制成功“两用湿喷泵式砼喷射机”已解决了上述1、2两难
