DNA的损伤修复是一个多因子参与的、多环节的复杂修复系统。p5 3基因以多条信号通路 ,多种调控方式参与 DNA修复。它可以通过其下游一系列靶基因 p2 1、gadd4 5等调控细胞周期 ,使细胞停滞于 G1 期、G2 期等检测点 ,从而使受损 DNA有足够的时间进行多因子参与的修复过程 ;也可以与 DNA修复因子 RPA、PCNA、XP p4 8基因等相互作用 ,直接参与 DNA修复 ;还可以蛋白—蛋白相互作用参与 DNA修复。
DNA damage repair is a multifactorial, multi-link complex repair system. The p5 3 gene participates in DNA repair with multiple signaling pathways and various regulatory modalities. It can regulate the cell cycle through a series of downstream target genes such as p2 1 and gadd4 5 to arrest the cells at the detection points such as the G1 phase and the G2 phase so that the damaged DNA has enough time for the multi-factor involved repair process. It can interact with DNA repair factor RPA, PCNA, XP p4 8 and other genes directly involved in DNA repair; also protein-protein interactions involved in DNA repair.
