目的 研究亚低温和血糖对实验性局灶性脑梗死的影响。方法 采用线栓法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌流模型 ,大脑中动脉阻塞 2小时 ,再灌流 4小时后观察梗死体积的变化。结果 亚低温组梗死体积较正常体温组减小 ,高血糖组梗死体积较正常血糖组增大 ,但血糖高时虽降低体温但梗死体积仍增大。结论 血糖和体温都影响脑梗死体积 ,但血糖对梗死体积的影响比体温明显。
Objective To study the effects of mild hypothermia and blood glucose on experimental focal cerebral infarction. Methods The rat model of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was established by thread occlusion. The middle cerebral artery occluded for 2 hours and the infarct volume was observed 4 hours after reperfusion. Results Compared with normal body temperature group, infarction volume in mild hypothermia group decreased and volume of infarction in hyperglycemic group increased compared with that in normal blood glucose group. However, infarction volume increased even though blood glucose was high. Conclusion Both blood glucose and body temperature affect the volume of cerebral infarction, but the effect of blood glucose on infarct volume is more obvious than that of body temperature.
