研究了 Cu O- Zn O- Al2 O3/ HZSM- 5系列双功能催化剂催化含 N2 合成气直接制二甲醚的性能 ,考察了助剂和催化剂制备方法对反应性能的影响 .结果表明 ,在 Cu O- Zn O- Al2 O3/ HZSM- 5催化剂中加入 Zr O2 ,有利于提高催化活性 ;用胶体沉积法制备的 Cu O- Zn O- Zr O2 - Al2 O3/ HZSM- 5双功能催化剂 ,其 Cu O晶粒小、分散好、易于还原 ,同时增强了各组分间的协同作用 ,表现出良好的催化性能
The catalytic performance of Cu O- Zn O-Al 2 O 3 / HZSM-5 bifunctional catalysts for the direct synthesis of dimethyl ether from N2-containing synthesis gas was investigated. The effects of the preparation methods on the reaction performance were investigated. The addition of ZrO 2 to O-Zn O- Al 2 O 3 / HZSM-5 catalyst is helpful to improve the catalytic activity. Cu-Zn O Zr O 2 - Al 2 O 3 / HZSM- O grains are small, dispersed well, easy to restore, while enhancing the synergy between the various components, showing good catalytic performance
