椎—基底动脉缺血性眩晕 ,多发生于中老年人 ,故又称老年性眩晕。笔者自 1995年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 6月 ,用中西医结合疗法 ,治疗 38例 ,疗效满意。1 临床资料所治病例均来源于门诊及住院病人。其中男 30例 ,女 8例。年龄均在 4 5岁以上 ,病人均通过ＴＣＤ或ＣＴ检查 ,诊断为椎?
Vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo, mostly in the elderly, it is also known as senile vertigo. The author from January 1995 ~ June 2001, with Integrative Medicine, treatment of 38 cases, the effect is satisfactory. 1 clinical data cured cases are from outpatient and inpatient. There are 30 males and 8 females. All patients were older than 4 5 years old. All patients passed TCD or CT examination and were diagnosed as vertebral body.
