目的研究银杏叶提取物(GbE)对糖尿病大鼠血清学指标的影响,探讨其在糖尿病大鼠脂代谢过程中的作用。方法通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)(50mg/kg)建立糖尿病大鼠模型。将模型大鼠随机分为模型对照组(DM)和GbE组,GbE组每日给予GbE提取物,0.83ml/只,DM组每日给予等剂量的生理盐水,均为腹腔注射,另设1组正常大鼠对照。于注射银杏叶提取物的第1和15天采血,检测各组大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平,第15天检测大鼠血清中胰岛素和C-肽水平。结果DM组大鼠血清中TG和LDL-C水平随着时间的延长逐渐升高;注射后第15天,GbE组大鼠血清中TG和LDL-C水平均显著低于DM组,HDL-C和C-肽水平显著高于DM组,胰岛素水平与DM组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论银杏叶提取物对糖尿病大鼠的脂代谢具有调节作用,对高糖导致的损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract (GbE) on serum markers of diabetic rats and to explore its role in lipid metabolism of diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rat models were established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) (50 mg/kg). Model rats were randomly divided into model control group (DM) and GbE group. GbE group was given GbE extract daily, 0.83 ml/body, and DM group was given equal doses of normal saline every day. All rats were intraperitoneally injected. Group normal rat controls. Blood samples were taken on days 1 and 15 of the injection of Ginkgo biloba extract, and serum triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), and low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) levels were measured in each group. Days were tested for insulin and C-peptide levels in rat serum. Results The serum levels of TG and LDL-C in DM rats gradually increased with time. On the 15th day after injection, serum TG and LDL-C levels in GbE rats were significantly lower than those in DM group. HDL-C The levels of C-peptide and C-peptide were significantly higher than those of DM group. There was no significant difference in insulin level between DM group and DM group. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract has a regulating effect on lipid metabolism in diabetic rats and has a protective effect on damage caused by high glucose.
