《幼儿教育纲要(试行)》指出,:幼儿园的教育要“尊重幼儿身心发展的规律和学习特点,以游戏为基本活动,……促进幼儿富有个性的发展”。幼儿教育家陈鹤琴先生说过:“游戏是儿童的心理特征,游戏是儿童的工作,游戏是儿童的生命。”幼儿生性爱玩好动,而游戏正是一种集自由、兴趣、需要、快乐、满足于一体,以幼儿为主体的积极主动的活动过程。从某种意义上说,幼儿的情感、态度、能力、知识、技能等方面的发展是在游戏中获得的。
