现在,各机车车辆修理企业很重视节约和合理利用备件和材料,特别是在修理时修复和重复利用品种繁多的机车车辆还可使用的旧零件。为了提高这一工作的效益,在工厂和车辆段内研究和采用除传统的堆焊和焊接方法以外的其它新的工艺过程有着重要的意义。全苏铁道运输科学研究院乌拉尔分院为车辆修理企业研制和验证了一种能节约金属的高效率电解复合镀铁工艺。在工业部门利用一般非复合镀铁来修复各种零件的配合面、固定结合面和移动量小的结合面,例如
