文中以新一代螺纹剪切吸能装置(以下简称CST)为研究对象,CST的控制系统系统以车速传感器为依据,判别车速所在的安全状态,通过行程开关来控制螺纹运动行程,应用程序的设计方法,通过传感器技术、直流电机的调速技术及单片机控制技术,对CST的控制系统采用双闭环的控制方式,使得两套独立的CST装置在运行过程中协调一致,解决了双CST系统的同步问题,实现了螺纹剪切装置的工作平稳性和可靠性。
