由于小微企业设立门槛较低,经营灵活,投入较少,已成为我国国民经济和社会发展过程中不可缺少的重要力量。而小微企业的生存和发展也面临着严峻的考验。如何让小微企业走出困境,提升其核心竞争力和可持续发展能力,本文提出了五大成本理念,通过更新成本理念,转变思路,来应对小微企业复杂的经营环境,为小微企业的生存和发展赢得一席之地。
