我科于1989年3月至1990年6月收治猫疥螨致人发病22例,现报告如下。一、一般资料男8例,女14例。年龄9～82岁。其中有19例在7个家庭中。病期:2～45天,多数在10～20天。一般接触病猫后3～5天发病,1例接触病猫2小时,2天后发病。该7个家庭12只病猫都查出疥螨。二、临床表现发病部位多在前胸、上腹、颈部、前臂,少数发生在下肢,自觉瘙痒,晚上明显(与病猫睡卧床褥有关),皮疹为针尖或米粒大小点状红丘 My department from March 1989 to June 1990 cat felony mite caused by the incidence of 22 cases, are as follows.
