文章介绍了高强度标准件用ML35钢的生产工艺流程,并对随机抽取的100炉ML35钢的化学成分、力学性能做了统计分析,结果表明,化学成分稳定,性能波动小,工程能力指数都在1.00以上。冷顶锻试验基本全部合格,脱碳层检验结果为平均深度0.12mm。所以莱芜钢铁总厂试生产的ML35钢符合GB6478-86标准要求,可用于制造8.8级高强度螺栓。
In this paper, the production process of ML35 steel for high strength standard parts is introduced. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of ML35 steel from 100 furnaces are statistically analyzed. The results show that the chemical composition is stable, the performance is small and the engineering capacity index Above 1.00. Cold forging test basically all qualified, decarburization test results for the average depth of 0.12mm. Therefore, the trial production of ML35 steel in Laiwu Steel Plant meets the requirements of GB6478-86 standard and can be used to manufacture 8.8-grade high-strength bolts.
