我厂的“冷却水回收利用工程”从设计到施工建成使用,共用了五个多月时间,收到良好效果。我厂属中型企业,厂区占地面积160亩,主要生产白酒、酒精及婴儿食品,1987年实现产值1933万元。在能源使用上,每年用电300多万度、用煤11000多吨、用水140多万吨,是耗能大户。随着近年来生产的扩大发展,能源日趋紧张,在合理使用和节约现有能源上,我们进行了大胆尝试。首先从水资源的重复循环利用上着手。项目上马前,全厂日用水量3840吨,其中用于白酒、酒精生产的冷却水约2700吨,占全厂总用水量的70%,这部分水用后全部排放了,浪费严重。全厂由三口深井供水。每口井出水量80吨/小时,由于近年来本地区地下水位不断下降,供水量不足,各深井泵的出水率远远
The “Cooling Water Recycling Project” of our factory has been used for more than five months from design to construction, and has received good results. I plant is a medium-sized enterprises, the factory covers an area of 160 acres, the main production of liquor, alcohol and baby food, in 1987 19.93 million yuan output value. In terms of energy use, it consumes more than 3 million kilowatt-hours of electricity, uses more than 11,000 tons of coal, and uses more than 1.4 million tons of water. It is a large energy consumer. First of all, proceed from the repeated recycling of water resources. Before the project was launched, the total daily water consumption of the whole plant was 3,840 tons, of which about 2,700 tons of cooling water used for liquor and alcohol production accounted for 70% of the total water consumption of the whole plant. After this part of the water was used up, it was completely discharged and wasted. The whole plant is supplied by three deep wells. The output of each well is 80 tons/hour. Due to the continuous decline in the groundwater level in this area in recent years, the water supply is insufficient, and the water rate of the deep well pump is far away.
