目的:确立红藤汤中空栓的最佳制备工艺。方法:通过正交试验优化处方制备工艺,以药物与基质的比例(A)、含药基质灌模温度(B)及脱模时间(C)为考察因素,以外观质量和融变时限为考察指标,对中空栓剂制备工艺条件进行优选。结果:最优的处方工艺为药物与基质的比例1∶2、含药基质灌模温度:40℃、脱模时间:30 min。结论:本方法确定的红藤汤中空栓制备工艺稳定可行。
Objective: To establish the optimal preparation process of hollow cane of red vine soup. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to optimize the preparation process. Taking the ratio of drug to matrix (A), filling temperature (B) and release time (C) of drug-containing matrix as the investigation factors, the appearance quality and melting time were considered Indicators, the preparation of hollow suppository conditions preferred. Results: The optimal prescription technique was the ratio of drug to matrix 1: 2, filling temperature of medicated matrix: 40 ℃, demoulding time: 30 min. Conclusion: The preparation method of red tofu soup hollow suppository determined by this method is stable and feasible.
