随着工业的迅速发展,由工厂排出的废水日益增多。这些工业废水又与生活污水混合在一起,灌溉着农田。广州市郊不少蔬菜地的用水,就是这些含有各种对人体有害成份的污水。污水中的一些成份最终将通过食品的生物转移和富集而对人体产生危害。因此,在加强对工业三废处理的同时,经常监测食品中的各种有害成份的含量,并提出相应的措施,对于保障人民的身体健康,无疑是十分必要的。本文调查了广州市居民一年四季日常食用的14种主要蔬菜中汞、铅、砷含量。
With the rapid development of industry, wastewater discharged from the factory is increasing day by day. These industrial wastes are mixed with domestic sewage to irrigate farmland. Guangzhou suburbs of many vegetables to water, that is, these contain a variety of harmful ingredients on the human body of sewage. Some of the components in the wastewater eventually endanger the human body through the biological transfer and enrichment of the food. Therefore, while strengthening the treatment of industrial wastes, it is undoubtedly necessary to constantly monitor the content of various harmful ingredients in food and put forward corresponding measures to ensure people’s health. This paper investigates the mercury, lead, and arsenic in 14 major vegetables consumed by residents of Guangzhou throughout the year.
