目的观察荣宝粉剂对血吸虫尾蚴的杀灭作用。方法实验组包括6个按等比级差配制的荣宝药液剂量组(50mg/L、35mg/L、24.5mg/L、17.15mg/L、12.005mg/L和8.4035mg/L),空白对照为去氯水。于药液配制后1h和第7d两次实验,每次均于第5min、10min和15min的观察药液杀灭尾蚴效果。结果各剂量组均有显著灭蚴效果,最低剂量组第1d实验的5min、10min、15min的尾蚴死亡率依次为69.78%、87.50%、92.72%(P<0.05),第7d实验依次为70.31%、81.25%、93.75%(P<0.05);但各剂量组灭蚴同一观察时间内无差异。不同剂量组的尾蚴平均死亡率均随着药物作用时间的延长而增大(P<0.01)。第1d内和第7d后的两次实验间的药物杀蚴效果无差异(P>0.05)。结论实验室初步观察结果表明,荣宝粉剂对血吸虫尾蚴具有明显的杀灭作用且有持效的特点。
Objective To observe the killing effect of Rongbao powder on Schistosoma cercariae. Methods The experimental group consisted of six Rongbao liquid dose groups (50mg / L, 35mg / L, 24.5mg / L, 17.15mg / L, 12.005mg / L and 8.4035mg / L) To chlorine water. 1h and 7d after the preparation of liquid two experiments, each in the first 5min, 10min and 15min to observe the killing effect of cercariae solution. Results The mortality of cercariae in 5 min, 10 min and 15 min in the lowest dose group was 69.78%, 87.50% and 92.72% (P <0.05) in the first day and 70.31% in the seventh day, respectively , 81.25% and 93.75%, respectively (P <0.05). However, there was no difference in the same observation time between different dosage groups. The average mortality of cercariae in different dosage groups increased with the prolongation of drug duration (P <0.01). There was no difference between the two experiments in the 1st and the 7th days after the drug killing of lactic acid bacteria (P> 0.05). Conclusion Preliminary observations in the laboratory showed that Rongbao powder had a significant killing effect on cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum and was persistent.
