测定广西某煤矿接触粉尘作业工人 (0 +)、矽肺病人和非接尘工人的血清中脂质过氧化物 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶活性 (SOD)和铜蓝蛋白 (CP)的含量 ,发现接触煤尘作业工人和矽肺患者血清中的 (MDA、SOD、CP) 3项指标均高于非接尘组 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 ) ;接触煤尘作业工人与矽肺患者血清中 3项指标差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。提示接触煤尘作业工人体内的脂质过氧化水平升高 ,脂质过氧化代谢可能发生紊乱。
The serum levels of lipid peroxidation (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and ceruloplasmin (CP) in workers exposed to dust (0 +), silicosis patients and non-workers exposed to dust were measured. (MDA, SOD, CP) were found to be higher than non-dust-exposed group in contact with coal dust workers and patients with silicosis (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Exposure There were no significant differences among the three indexes in the serum of coal mine workers and silicosis patients (P> 0.05). Tip exposure to coal dust workers in the body of lipid peroxidation levels, lipid peroxidation may be disrupted metabolism.
