目的探讨γ-谷氨酰转换酶同工酶Ⅱ(γ-GT 0Ⅱ)单克隆抗体(McAb)对肝癌的诊断。方法采用ELISA法、AFP 放射免疫法对154例患者血清检测。结果 ELISA法检测患者血清γ-GTⅡ含量,原发性肝癌、转移性肝癌阳性率分别为 93%、89%,其他肿瘤均为阴性;AFP放射免疫法检测,原发性肝癌、转移性肝癌阳性率分别为80.4%、57.0%,其他肿瘤阳性率 为 0%-10%,病毒性肝炎、肝硬化阳性率为 80%以上。结论 应用 ELISA法检测血清 γ-GTⅡ是目前一种诊断肝癌的非常有 价值的检测方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis of liver cancer using γ-glutamyltransferase isoenzyme II (γ-GT 0II) monoclonal antibody (McAb). Methods Serum samples from 154 patients were detected by ELISA and AFP radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: Serum γ-GT II levels were detected by ELISA. The positive rates of primary liver cancer and metastatic liver cancer were 93% and 89%, respectively. Other tumors were negative. AFP radioimmunoassay, primary liver cancer, and metastatic liver cancer were positive. The rates were 80.4% and 57.0%, respectively. The positive rate of other tumors was 0%-10%, and the positive rate of viral hepatitis and cirrhosis was more than 80%. Conclusion The detection of serum γ-GTII by ELISA is a very valuable method for the diagnosis of liver cancer.
