针对井下无轨铲运机焊接结构件工艺流程复杂、工艺文件更新频繁的特点,开发了其焊接生产工艺信息管理系统。系统采用C/S和B/S相结合的网络体系结构,可有效地利用金川集团现有的计算机及网络资源。整个系统可以实现铲运机焊接生产工艺文件的编写、校对、审批、资源信息查询等操作,并根据使用人员的权限实现工艺数据库的维护与网络化管理,提高了焊接工艺设计和维护的效率。
In view of the complex technological process of welding structural parts of downhole trackless scraper scraper and the frequent updating of process documents, the welding production process information management system has been developed. The system adopts the network architecture combining C / S and B / S, which can effectively utilize the existing computer and network resources of Jinchuan Group. The whole system can realize the operation of preparation, proofreading, approval and query of resource information of scraper welding production process, and the maintenance and network management of the process database according to the authority of the users, thus improving the efficiency of the welding process design and maintenance.
