1999年6月5日至7日,山西省建委与本刊和中国城市科学研究会共同主办的“小城镇建设方略研讨会”在太原召开。国务院体改办、国务院政策中心、建设部、民政部、农业部、山西省人民政府的有关领导等莅会指导并讲话,中国科学院、中国人民大学、中国行政管理学会等有关专家和河北、河南、内蒙、湖北、山西等省、区有关部门的城市与地区的领导、专家和学者60余人参加了研讨会。
From June 5 to June 7, 1999, the “Symposium on Strategies of Small Towns Construction” co-sponsored by Shanxi Provincial Construction Commission and the Journal and China Urban Science Research Institute was held in Taiyuan. Relevant leaders of the Commission for Restructuring the Economy under the State Council, the Policy Center of the State Council, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Shanxi Provincial People’s Government attended the meeting and gave speeches. Relevant experts such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Renmin University of China and the Chinese Academy of Administration, More than 60 leaders, experts and scholars from cities and regions in Inner Mongolia, Hubei and Shanxi provinces and regions attended the seminar.
