研究激波对非晶FeBSi,FeMoBSi 合金的影响,经X 射线衍射分析,测定主晶化相αFe( Mo ,B,Si) 晶格常量.结果表明:晶格常量比正常值偏小,用双势模型计算晶格常量,理论值与实验符合得很好.从而肯定晶格常量变小是形成B 的替代式固溶体和缺位式固溶体所致.
The effects of shock wave on amorphous FeBSi and FeMoBSi alloys were investigated. The lattice constants of α-Fe (Mo, B, Si) in the main crystallization phase were determined by X-ray diffraction. The results show that the lattice constant is smaller than the normal value, and the lattice constant is calculated by the bipolar model. The theoretical value is in good agreement with the experiment. It is certain that the smaller lattice constant is due to the formation of an alternative solid solution of B and a vacancy solid solution.
