目的:评价腹腔镜胆囊手术患者实施优质围术期护理服务的价值.方法:将70例腹腔镜胆囊手术患者平均分为两组:对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受优质护理服务.对比两组患者的住院时间、并发症、患者对护理的满意度.结果:观察组患者住院时间少于对照组,术后并发症几率明显低于对照组,患者对优质护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组,各项差异对比均为P<0.05,存在统计学意义.结论:腹腔镜胆囊手术患者接受优质围术期护理服务能够缩短术后康复时间,提高患者满意度.
