[目的]回顾分析肿瘤医院专利申请授权情况,了解医院专利整体情况及存在问题。[方法 ]整理肿瘤医院1985~2014年专利申请授权数据,对专利申请授权趋势及专利权属、IPC分类及法律状态等进行分析。[结果]1985~2014年,肿瘤医院共申请专利136件,授权专利67件。独立专利权属为主,C12、A61、G01和C07为主要技术领域。有效专利51件。[结论 ]肿瘤医院专利申请授权数量呈逐年上升趋势。在今后管理工作中,应进一步普及知识产权基本知识,了解科技人员的需求,充分发挥学科优势,大力推进专利转化等应用工作。
[Objective] To review the situation of authorization of patent application in cancer hospitals, understand the overall situation and existing problems of hospital patents. [Methods] The data of patent application authorization in Cancer Hospital from 1985 to 2014 were sorted out, and the trend of patent application authorization, patent ownership, IPC classification and legal status were analyzed. [Results] From 1985 to 2014, Tumor Hospital applied for 136 patents and granted 67 patents. Independent patent ownership, C12, A61, G01 and C07 as the main technical areas. 51 valid patents [Conclusion] The number of patent applications in cancer hospitals is increasing year by year. In the future management work, we should further popularize the basic knowledge of intellectual property, understand the needs of science and technology personnel, give full play to academic advantages and vigorously promote the application of patents.
