利用离子扩散键合Nd:YAG棒作为激光增益介质,成功实现了15.2W高功率连续运转946 nm激光输出,光-光转换效率为38%,斜率效率为45%。另外,通过使用Ⅰ类临界相位匹配的LBO作为内腔倍频晶体和简单的紧凑线性平-凹直腔实现了1.25W、473 nm蓝光的输出。
Using the ion-diffusion bonded Nd: YAG rod as the laser gain medium, a 946 nm laser with a high power of 15.2W and a continuous operation of 946 nm was successfully achieved. The light-to-light conversion efficiency was 38% and the slope efficiency was 45%. In addition, the output of 1.25W, 473 nm blue light is achieved by using class I critical phase-matched LBO as the intracavity frequency doubling crystal and a simple compact linear flat-concave cavity.
