基于ANSYS有限元软件,本文对钩舌进行模块化应力分析,通过内部的求解系统得到拉应力时,最大应力为钩舌内腕面处。采用GPL-200材料疲劳试验系统,分别试验分析得出国产和美国钩舌材料的疲劳寿命特征,国产材料的疲劳寿命不及美国材料的疲劳性能,但离散度小。采用Monte-Carlo方法产生随机载荷谱,对国产钩舌与美国钩舌进行寿命预测。
Based on the ANSYS finite element software, the paper analyzes the knuckles’ modular stress, and the maximum stress is the inner surface of the knuckle when the tensile stress is obtained by the internal solving system. Using the fatigue test system of GPL-200 material, the fatigue life characteristics of domestic and American coupler knuckle materials are obtained through experiments respectively. The fatigue life of domestic materials is less than that of American materials, but the dispersion is small. Monte-Carlo method to generate random load spectrum, the domestic knuckle and the United States knuckle life prediction.
