The distribution of fungi in Taibai Mountain Nature Reserve was investigated, and the influence of habitat on the structure of fungal community was analyzed. The results showed that in edible and medicinal fungi, there were more inland and less outer forest, accounting for 81.0% and 19.0% of the total, respectively. In the pathogenic fungi, there were fewer in the forest and more in the forest, respectively 20.0% and 80.0% of the total. In edible and medicinal fungi, the highest in the forest ranged from 2900 to 3200 m, accounting for 40.4% of the total inland forest. Forests in the range of 1 600 ~ 1 900 m above sea level the largest number, accounting for 43.8% of the total forest outside. The temperature in the forest at each measuring point was 1.2 ℃ lower than that in the forest. The lowest daily temperature in the forest was 2.1 ℃ higher than that in the forest. The average relative humidity in the forest was 9.4% higher than that in the forest. The maximum relative humidity in the forest was 13% higher than that in the forest.
