以雄性昆明种小白鼠为对象 ,测定一次性力竭游泳运动后小鼠血清GOT(SGOT)、GPT(SGPT)、SOD、POD、CAT活性 ,MDA含量及血清、肝脏和股四头肌NO含量。结果显示 ,与安静对照组相比 ,一次性力竭运动后即刻SGPT活性与SOD活性即刻显著下降 ,SGOT活性、POD活性与CAT活性显著升高 ,血清NO含量与股四头肌NO含量显著升高 ,肝脏NO含量则显著下降 ,MDA含量不变。运动后 2 4h ,SGPT活性、CAT活性、MDA含量与肝脏NO含量较运动后即刻显著升高 ,SGOT活性、血清NO含量与肌肉NO含量则较运动后即刻显著下降。
The serum levels of GOT (SGOT), GPT (SGPT), SOD, POD, CAT, MDA and the content of NO in serum, liver and quadriceps muscle of the male Kunming mice were determined. . The results showed that SGPT activity and SOD activity decreased immediately after one-time exhaustive exercise, SGOT activity, POD activity and CAT activity were significantly increased compared with the quiet control group, serum NO content and quadriceps NO content increased significantly High, liver NO content decreased significantly, MDA content unchanged. At 24 h after exercise, SGPT activity, CAT activity, MDA content and liver NO content increased significantly immediately after exercise. SGOT activity, serum NO content and muscle NO content decreased significantly immediately after exercise.
