糠醇由糠醛经催化加氢制得。它是一种在合成树脂、塑料、涂料和粘合剂等方面广泛应用的有机化工原料;又是一种性能优良的溶剂。随着工业生产的发展,各行业对糠醇的质量及所含杂质的限量提出了不同的要求。有关糠醇质量检验,国外报道的资料可归纳为两大类,即化学分析和色谱分析。国内目前通用的方法是测定羟基值。由于产品中含羟基的杂质如副产四氢糠醇一并计入糠醇中,使结果偏高,对于其它杂质,亦不能给出定量的结果。
Furfuryl alcohol from furfural obtained by catalytic hydrogenation. It is an organic chemical raw material widely used in synthetic resins, plastics, paints and adhesives; it is also an excellent solvent. With the development of industrial production, various industries put forward different requirements on the quality of furfuryl alcohol and the limit of impurities contained therein. Furfural alcohol quality inspection, foreign reports of information can be grouped into two categories, namely, chemical analysis and chromatographic analysis. The current common method is to determine the hydroxyl value. As the hydroxyl-containing impurities in the product, such as by-product tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol included in the furfuryl alcohol, so that the result is high, for other impurities, it can not give quantitative results.
