采用放免检测和免疫组化方法观察了特制饲料喂养造成的厌食动物模型中枢和外周 β -内啡肽含量变化。结果显示 :模型组动物下丘脑 β-内啡肽合成显著减少 ,外周 β-内啡肽浓度明显下降。提示 β -内啡肽在中枢和外周的含量减少与动物摄食量长期低下有关 ,可能在小儿厌食症发病过程中有一定意义。
Radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry were used to observe the changes of β - endorphin in the central and peripheral areas of the anaerobic animal model caused by special diet feeding. The results showed that the synthesis of β-endorphin in the hypothalamus of the model group was significantly reduced, while the concentration of β-endorphin in the model group was significantly decreased. It is suggested that the decrease of β - endorphin in the central and peripheral areas may be related to the long - term low food intake of animals and may have some significance in the pathogenesis of anorexia in children.
