目的探讨婴幼儿化脓性脑膜炎误诊的原因,争取尽早做出诊断,及时治疗。方法对鞍山钢铁集团公司总医院1998-09-2009-10婴幼儿化脓性脑膜炎18例的误诊原因进行分析。结果治愈9例,好转6例,遗留后遗症2例,死亡1例。结论对疑似化脓性脑膜炎的婴幼儿要详细询问病史,全面查体及完善化验检查,尽早做出诊断,可提高治愈率,减少后遗症的发生。
Objective To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of purulent meningitis in infants and young children, to make early diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible. Methods The causes of misdiagnosis of 18 cases of purulent meningitis in infants and young children were analyzed from 1998-09-2009-10 of Anshan Iron and Steel Group General Hospital. Results of 9 cases were cured, 6 cases of improvement, 2 cases of legacy sequelae, 1 case of death. Conclusion For suspected infantile meningitis in infants and young children to ask a detailed history, comprehensive examination and improve laboratory tests, make a diagnosis as soon as possible, can improve the cure rate and reduce the occurrence of sequelae.
