当前新一轮基础教育改革已经全面展开,中学德育课程也进入了改革的新阶段,这对中学德育课程教师的思想修养提出了新的要求。本文主要分析了提高中学德育课程教师思想修养的紧迫性,同时集中阐述了新课程改革下中学德育教师思想修养的主要内容,以及提高思想修养的途径,以期更好地落实新课改精神,全面推进素质教育。
