目的:研究尿毒清颗粒对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者肾功能、血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:抽取2017年4月至2019年4月于南阳市第二人民医院接受治疗的102例CRF患者为受试对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(52例)。两组均给予基础治疗,对照组加用常规西药,观察组加用尿毒清颗粒,连续治疗2个月后比较两组临床疗效,比较两组肾功能,包括血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、胱抑素C(CysC)、中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白(NGAL)、血清尿酸(UA),肾纤维化指标,包括TGF-β1、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、血清Ⅳ型胶原(ColⅣ)。结果:观察组临床有效率(84.62%,44/52)高于对照组(66.00%,33/50),差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者SCr、BUN、CysC、NGAL、UA、TGF-β1、CTGF、ColⅣ水平均低于治疗前(n P均<0.05),且观察组变化幅度大于对照组(n P<0.05)。n 结论:尿毒清颗粒治疗CRF疗效理想,其作用机制可能与改善肾功能、减轻肾纤维化有关。“,”Objective:To study the effects of urotoxin eliminating granules on renal function and levels of serum transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), nitric oxide (NO) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF).Methods:A total of 102 patients with CRF who were treated in Nanyang Second People’s Hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as research subjects, and they were divided into control group (n n=50) and observation group (n n=52) by random number table method. Both groups were given basic treatment, the control group was additionally given conventional Western medicine, and the observation group was given urotoxin eliminating granules. After 2 months of continuous treatment, the clinical efficacy, renal function, such as serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), Cystatin C (CysC), neutrophil gelatinase-associated apolipoprotein (NGAL), serum uric acid (UA), renal fibrosis indicators, such as TGF-β1, connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), serum collagen IV (Col IV) were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded.n Results:The clinical effective rates of the observation group (84.62%, 44/52) was higher than that of the control group (66.00%, 33/50), n P<0.05. After treatment, the levels of SCr, BUN, CysC, NGAL, UA, TGF-β1, CTGF, Col IV in the two groups decreased, compared with those before treatment (n P<0.05), and the changes were greater in observation group (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:Urotoxin eliminating granules have an ideal efficacy on CRF, and the related mechanism may be related to improving renal function, reducing renal fibrosis.
