敌百虫为广泛使用的杀虫剂.但近年来发现其对人能引起迟发性神经疾患和多发性神经炎等远期不良作用。因此,实验的目的是研究敌百虫对中枢神经系统脂质含量的影响.大白鼠经口灌入78mg/kg(1/10LD50)敌百虫,10日后分别测定大脑和脊髓总的脑甙脂、神经节甙脂和总的游离胆固醇含量。结果发现,大脑和脊髓脂质含量有明显的差异.脊髓神经节甙脂含量比大脑低2.8倍,脑甙脂和胆固醇却高2.2倍.游离胆固醇占总胆固醇含量,脊髓为88%,大脑为93%.根据大脑和脊髓形态学的特点,发现有相当差异:大脑神经元结构和脊髓髓鞘神经纤维占优
Trichlorfon is widely used as an insecticide. However, it has been found in recent years that it can cause long-term adverse effects on humans such as delayed neurological disease and multiple neuritis. Therefore, the purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of trichlorfon on lipid content in the central nervous system. The rats were orally infused with 78 mg/kg (1/10 LD50) of trichlorfon and the brain and spinal cord were measured for total cerebral rouge after 10 days.
