私募股权基金是产业基金的一种,它对高成长产业的巨大推进作用,始于对单个微观企业的孵化,中经对成长型产业的扶持,最终促成国家先导型竞争优势的形成。目前国内学术界对私募股权基金的研究零星、散乱,认识模糊。本文研究后认为,私募股权基金在我国创新型国家建设中的利器特征至少表现在它是重要的战略工具、有效的投资工具、现实的融资工具和精巧的杠杆工具;认清这些利器特征,理论上有益于研究深入,实践上有助于为谋取后发创新优势拟定对策。 Private equity fund is a kind of industrial fund. Its great role in promoting high-growth industries starts with the incubation of a single micro-enterprise and the support of mid-economy to the growing industries, which eventually leads to the formation of a national leading competitive advantage. At present, the domestic academic research on private equity funds is sporadic, scattered and vague. After the study, this paper argues that the characteristics of the weapon of private equity funds in China’s construction of an innovative nation are at least as follows: it is an important strategic tool, an effective investment tool, a realistic financing tool and a sophisticated leverage tool; recognizing the characteristics of these sharp weapons, the theory On the benefit of further research, in fact, help to develop innovative advantages for the development of countermeasures.
