为使学生在桥梁课阶段规范、快捷地掌握体格检查的基本技能 ,我们以学生为主体 ,教师为主导 ,以“精讲多练、正常体检-复习考核 -异常体检 -复习考核 -课程结束考试”的教学模式促进实践性教学。复习考核采取一人操作 ,其他人观看 ,学生先评论 ,老师再总结的形式。经两年实践 ,实验组诊断学成绩较改革前提高 ,结果有显著性差异 ,提示现行教学方法在短时间内对提高体检技能的优质达标率有效。
In order to enable students to master the basic skills of physical examination in the course of bridge classes, we will take students as the main body and teachers as the mainstay. "The teaching model promotes practical teaching. Reviewing and assessing takes one person’s actions, others watch, students first comment, and the teacher sums up the form again. After two years of practice, the diagnostic scores of the experimental group were higher than those before the reform, and the results were significantly different, suggesting that the current teaching methods are effective in improving the quality standards of physical examination skills in a short period of time.
