目的了解淳安县千岛湖镇城区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂抗药性水平,为合理使用化学杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法采用药液浸渍法,测定淳安县千岛湖镇城区优势蚊种淡色库蚊自然品系和敏感品系四龄期幼虫对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、丙烯菊酯、残杀威、三氯杀虫酯和敌敌畏等4类6种常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平。结果淳安县千岛湖镇城区淡色库蚊自然品系与敏感品系相比较,溴氰菊酯抗性倍数最高为22.94倍;其次是高效氯氰菊酯抗性倍数为3.56倍;敌敌畏抗性倍数为2.46倍;残杀威抗性倍数为1.83倍;三氯杀虫酯和丙烯菊酯LC50近于敏感品系。结论淳安县千岛湖镇城区淡色库蚊自然品系对溴氰菊酯具有高抗药性,对高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、三氯杀虫酯、丙烯菊酯和残杀威尚未产生明显的抗药性。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens to common insecticides in Thousand Island Lake, Chun’an, and to provide a scientific basis for the rational use of chemical insecticides. Methods The liquid immersion method was used to determine the effects of deltamethrin, alpha-cypermethrin, alfalfa, propoxur and trichloro-insecticides on the fourth-instar larvae of Culex pipiens pallens, Culex pipiens pallens, Ester and dichlorvos four kinds of six kinds of commonly used insecticide resistance levels. Results Compared with susceptible strains, Culex pipiens pallens natural population in Thousand Island Lake in Chun’an City had the highest resistance fold of 22.94 times, followed by cypermethrin resistance rate 3.56 times and dichlorvos resistance rate 2.46 times. Residual lethal resistance multiples of 1.83 times; trichloro-insecticide esters and allylthiocarb LC50 near-sensitive strains. Conclusion The natural populations of Culex pipiens pallens from Thousand Island Lake in Chun’an City have high resistance to deltamethrin and no obvious resistance to beta-cypermethrin, dichlorvos, trichlorfon, alfalfa and propoxur.
