在运动技术动作的研究领域,对核心部位肌肉力量的研究是现在学术界较为关注的问题。本文通过等速肌力测试法、数理统计法对河北省优秀竞技武术套路运动员核心部位肌肉力量进行测试研究,结果发现竞技武术套路运动员髋关节肌肉屈、伸肌两侧力量发展较均衡,左侧屈伸比好于右侧,髋关节外展内收肌发展平衡,这有利于完成跳跃转体接静止类动作,腰腹肌力量发展腹肌远好于腰部肌肉,应加强腰部肌肉力量的训练,从而避免腰部运动损伤。为量化的评价运动员专项力量的发展水平,指导训练适合竞技武术套路运动员核心部位肌肉配布规律的方法,对运动员进行科学选材,进行运动损伤的预防以及康复提供参考。
In the field of motor skills research, the study of muscle strength in the core area is now a more academic concern. In this paper, the isokinetic muscle strength test method and mathematical statistics method are used to test the muscle strength in the core part of athletes of excellent Wushu routine athletes in Hebei Province. The results show that the strength of flexor muscle and extensor muscle of competitive Wushu routine athletes develop more balancedly, Flexion and extension ratio better than the right, hip abductor adduction adductor muscle development balance, which is conducive to complete the jump to turn stationary type of action, the development of abdominal strength abdominal muscle strength is much better than the waist, muscle strength training should be strengthened waist, To avoid waist injury. In order to quantitatively evaluate the development level of the athletes’ special forces and to guide the training to the law of muscular distribution in the core of competitive Wushu routine athletes, this paper provides scientific references for athletes in scientific material selection, prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries.
