研究了弯曲变形试样的形变恢复特性并分析计算了弯曲变形试样内部的应力状态.结果表明,在弯曲变形下,试样处于复杂的三向应力作用状态.各处应力性质不仅不同,而且应力值的大小也存在变化。根据主应力状态,将试样的变形区划为内、外两区,外变形区处于一向压、二向拉应力状态;而内变形区处于三向压应力状态。此时ε马氏体被多取向地诱发形成,ε马氏体间交互作用趋势强,合金的形状记忆效应因而被降低.
The deformation recovery characteristics of the specimen under bending deformation were studied and the stress state inside the specimen was analyzed and calculated. The results show that under bending deformation, the specimen is in complex three-direction stress state. The stress properties are not only different from place to place, but also the magnitude of the stress value varies. According to the main stress state, the deformation of the specimen is divided into inner and outer zones, and the outer deformation zone is in a state of always-on and two-way tensile stress; while the inner deformation zone is in the state of three-direction compressive stress. At this time ε martensite is induced by multi-orientation formation, ε-martensite interaction between the strong trend, the alloy shape memory effect is thus reduced.
