为研究薄壁零件加工的振动机理,本文在考虑动态切削厚度的变化以及顺铣和逆铣之间差别的基础上,建立了一个薄壁零件立铣的力学模型,并用两个铣削实例加以验证。结果表明,该模型可以预测动态铣削过程中的切削力和振动位移。
In order to study the vibration mechanism of thin-walled parts, this paper established a mechanical model of the milling of thin-walled parts based on the change of dynamic cutting thickness and the difference between down-milling and down-milling, and validated by two milling examples . The results show that the model can predict the cutting forces and vibration displacements during dynamic milling.
