通过台湾龙华科技大学等学校实地考察学习,了解台湾职业教育以人为本的全人教育理念,对围绕这一理念所实施的务实的课程开发流程、体现核心竞争力培养的通识课程、实务课程、专题课程等课程设置以及职涯分析与课程地图的指导等也有一定的了解,对大陆高职院校开展相关课程做了一定反思。
