我国部分食品商家利用消费者对转基因食品安全的忧虑心理,把“非转基因”作为卖点,通过广告大肆炒作。非转基因食品广告的泛滥,已严重损害消费者和诚实经营者的合法权益,扰乱食品市场秩序,亟需有效法律规制。目前,我国对非转基因食品广告的法律规制,存在制度缺失、执法不力、责任过轻、维权困难等诸多缺陷,应当通过明确虚假广告和误导广告认定标准、健全食品广告审查制度、建立转基因食品阴性标识制度、明晰执
Some food businesses in China use their worries about the safety of genetically modified foods and use “non-GMO” as a selling point to launch hype through advertisements. The proliferation of non-genetically modified food advertisements has seriously damaged the lawful rights and interests of consumers and honest managers, disrupted food market order and the urgent need for effective legal regulation.
