随着高校人事制度改革开展的深入,我国公立高校与教师之间已基本由任命制转变为聘任制。从高校教师聘任合同的视角保障教师的合法地位应该做好以下三项:保障教师的知情权、建议权和修改权;建立校方和教师双方争议解决机制;在聘任期限方面,给予双方最大程度的自由。
With the deepening of personnel system reform in colleges and universities, public institutions of higher learning in China and teachers have basically changed from appointment system to appointment system. From the perspective of the appointment of teachers in colleges and universities to protect the legal status of teachers should do the following three things: to protect the teachers’ right to information, advice and the right to modify; establish a dispute resolution mechanism between the school and teachers; for the term of appointment, free.
